INGREDIENTS

  • 20 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Rustic Red Sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) block Feta cheese
  • 8 oz. uncooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9x13 casserole dish, add tomatoes and coat with most of the olive oil and Rustic Red Sauce mix. Add feta block to center of dish and coat with remaining olive oil and Rustic Red Sauce mix. Bake for 30 min., then increase oven temperature to 450 degrees and bake for another 10 min. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Strain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Use a fork to smash tomatoes and mix with feta. Add cooked pasta and fresh basil and stir to combine, adding pasta water as needed to coat pasta.
