Rose-Scented Limeade Recipe
4 to 6 servings
- 5 limes, washed well and quartered
- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 to 4 sprigs of mint
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Rose Water, to taste
- 6 cups cold water

Make a double batch to serve on hot days! Adapted from Try the World magazine.
In a large pitcher, combine limes, sugar, honey or agave, and 2 mint sprigs (save the third to garnish). Muddle the mixture well with a muddler, large wooden spoon, or potato masher to release all the juice from the limes and until honey and sugar is dissolved. Add Rose Water, cold water, and ice. Stir to combine and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
