Saffron Orange Honey Glazed Roasted Radishes Recipe

- 1 bunch red radishes
- 4 large carrots
- 1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. Ground Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp. Marjoram
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Saffron Orange Blossom Honey*

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim tops and bottoms of radishes and cut in half. Clean carrots and cut into 1/2-inch chunks. Toss radishes, carrots, and remaining ingredients, reserving the honey. Spread vegetable mixture on a sheet pan and roast for 20 min. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Stir to coat evenly with honey.
