Saffron Salted Coconut Milk Ice Cream Recipe

- 2 (13.5 oz.) cans coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Saffron Salt*

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until sugar and salt granules are dissolved. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
Garnish with chopped pistachios if desired.
