DIRECTIONS

Prepare a small ice water bath and 4, 1/2 cup or larger serving cups or bowls. Dissolve gelatine powder in milk in small saucepan. Add sugar and Saffron Salt and heat to 135 degrees over medium-low heat. Turn off the heat and add heavy whipping cream and Natural Vanilla Extract. Pour into a bowl that can rest in the ice bath and cool to 50 degrees. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve and into serving cups or bowls. Sprinkle Saffron Salt to taste on top of each serving. Cover and chill 1-2 hours, or until set.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit, or other fruits.
