INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Santa Maria Sea Salted BBQ Rub

Add all Savory items to cart

NOTES

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once butter has melted, whisk in flour. Continue whisking for 2 min. Whisk in milk, heavy cream, and Santa Maria. Continue cooking until the mixture has started to thicken a little bit and started to bubble, but do not let it scorch. Add Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is completely melted through and smooth.



DIRECTIONS

Serve with pasta. Chicken and broccoli make nice add-ins.
