Savory Maple Candied Pecans Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup Golden Maple Dry Glaze
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cups (8 oz.) pecan halves

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 275 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk egg white for 1 to 2 min., or until very frothy. Whisk in maple glaze and brown sugar. Add pecans and gently stir until they are coated in egg white mixture. Spread nuts evenly on sheet tray. Bake for 1 hour, stirring pecans every 15 min. Let cool on sheet tray for 20 to 30 min. before enjoying; pecans will crisp up as they sit.
