Recipe: Simple Vinaigrette
A quick, simple vinaigrette that can be used to dress greens or roasted/grilled veggies.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar Powder*
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. of your favorite herb seasoning:
- Capitol Hill Seasoning
- Mt. Olympus Greek Style Seasoning
- Summit County Seasoning
Notes
*You can replace the vinegar powder and water with 1½ Tbsp. white wine vinegar.
Directions
Whisk vinegar powder and water together until smooth to make vinegar. While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil into the vinegar until blended. Mix in your favorite herb seasoning and serve immediately, or store in a sealed container and use within a week.
Serving Suggestions
Use over your favorite salad.
