This is a staple in our house. We seem to always use the Black Hills for a little of the chipotle flavor, but last time we went to make it we were out, so we went with the Platte River and now we have a decision to make it was great too.

Uncomplicated and flavorful. One of my new favorite weeknight meals. The sloppy joe meat is great over rice, too, if you're doing the gluten-free thing.
