Recipe: Smoky Kale & Peach Salad
A smoky and sweet salad that has the perfect freshness for pairing with grilled or barbecued dishes.
Combine kale, salt, paprika, vinegar, and maple syrup. "Massage" the kale with your hands for 30 seconds to help season the kale and neutralize any bitterness. Toss in sliced peaches, onion, and poppy seeds. Let salad sit for 30 min. to allow for flavors to meld. Garnish with a sprinkle of poppy seeds and serve.
