Refreshing citrus and our spicy piri-piri ("pepper-pepper") chile inspired seasoning combine for the perfect amount of sweet heat in this crunchy slaw.


YIELD
6 to 8 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Piri-Piri Spice
  • salt to taste

Add all Savory items to cart


DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, mix cabbage, scallions and cilantro. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, honey and Piri-Piri. Taste dressing and add salt as needed. Add dressing to cabbage blend and toss to combine thoroughly. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
