Stir-Fried Chile Mushrooms Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 oz. oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz. shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp. soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. choice of chiles:
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Crushed Aleppo Chiles
- 2 tsp. White Sesame Seeds

DIRECTIONS
Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 7 to 10 min., stirring often, until softened and well browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, for 1 more min. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve over rice, use as a topping for ramen, add to a spring roll filling, or stir into your favorite noodles.
