Recipe: Stir-Fried Chile Mushrooms
These quick pan-fried mushrooms will get gobbled up quickly! Serve them as an appetizer or side to an Asian-inspired meal.
Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 7 to 10 min., stirring often, until softened and well browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, for 1 more min. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
Serve over rice, use as a topping for ramen, add to a spring roll filling, or stir into your favorite noodles.
