DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together egg white, water, and Kosher Salt. Add cashews, pistachios, sugar, and Crushed Aleppo Chiles. Mix to evenly coat nuts. Spread nuts evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 60 min., stirring once every 20 min. Cool for 30 min. before serving or storing in an airtight container.
