Recipe: Sweet Rosemary Roasted Baby Carrots
A beautiful side dish that is great on a cold day.
- 1 lb. rainbow (or orange) baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Organic Cracked Rosemary
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay carrots out on a baking sheet and coat evenly with oil, brown sugar, rosemary, and salt & pepper. Roast for about an hour or until carrots are easily pierced with a fork.
Serve with roasted chicken and potatoes for a complete meal.
