Recipe: Tropical Turmeric Smoothie
Tasty and healthy smoothie to jumpstart your immunity! You can customize your smoothie with your choice of the add-ins.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. Organic Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Saigon Cassia Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Organic Ground Ginger
- Dash Fine Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- Honey or maple syrup, to sweeten (optional)
For optional add-ins:
- 1 Tbsp. Black Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1/4 avocado
