Vanilla Chai Ice Cream Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Madagascar Vanilla Bean Powder
- 4 Tbsp. Chai Spices
- 1 Madagascar Vanilla Bean
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat (do not boil). Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Strain and place reserved liquid in refrigerator until well chilled. Process in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions. Freeze until ready to serve.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve with our Chai Caramel Sauce.
