Recipe: Erin’s Quick & Easy Guacamolé
The secret to good guac is good seasoning. You could use any of our all-purpose seasonings in guacamolé, but we love love the bold burst of salt, onion and pepper that Mt. Elbert brings to this dish.
- 2 large, ripe avocados removed from the skin
- 2 tsp. Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 Tbsp. diced red onion
Give this guacamolé an island flair by using our Cuban Island Spice in place of Mt. Elbert.
Mash avocados to desired consistency. For a chunkier version, use a potato masher. For a smoother version, use a food processor. Add Mt. Elbert and lime juice, and stir. Gently fold in tomatoes and onion.
