Recipe: Family Style Fajitas
A quick and simple recipe for a weeknight family dinner. Keep it simple or set up a "fajita bar" with all your favorite toppings!
- 4 Tbsp. Family Style Fajita Seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 lb. flank steak, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Mix Fajita Seasoning with broth and set aside. In a pan over medium-high heat, brown sliced steak in the oil. Working in the same pan, reduce heat to medium-low, pour broth mixture over steak and stir to combine. Cook for 5 to 6 min., stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, squeeze in the lime juice and simmer for 10 to 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortillas or over rice. Garnish with pico de gallo, avocados, sauteed bell peppers, fresh or sauteed onions, and lime wedges.
