3/4 cup grapefruit juice
4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. grapeseed or canola oil
Maldon sea salt
Makes enough marinade for about 2 pounds of protein.
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate your favorite protein for up to 12 hours.
While marinated protein is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan, add 1 to 2 tsp. sugar and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked protein.
