Recipe: Latin Adobo Marinade
Infuse a little Latin flavor into your favorite protein with this bright and zesty marinade.
- 1 Tbsp. La Plata Peak Adobo Spice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Makes enough marinade for about 1 to 2 pounds of protein.
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate your favorite protein. Suggested marinating times: 30 min. for seafood, 1 hour for steak, or 2 to 4 hours or longer for pork and chicken.
While marinated protein is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked protein.
