Vindaloo Spiced Candied Fruit & Nuts Recipe

- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Vindaloo
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup candied orange peel
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Add all Savory items to cart
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with greased parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar, vanilla and Vindaloo and mix well. Stir in nuts, candied orange peel and cranberries until coated. Spread mixture onto cookie sheet. Bake for 17 to 19 min. until browned. Cool to room temperature.
Cut into squares or break into pieces. Served as a dessert topping or as a nutty, fruity snack.
