Super refreshing summery drink!

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cups chopped watermelon (from about 1 medium watermelon)
  • 2 cups Sports Splasher*
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 springs fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups club soda or seltzer water

DIRECTIONS

Place watermelon in blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Return watermelon puree to clean blender. Add lime juice and mint leaves and blend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and add soda or seltzer.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve over ice with sprigs of fresh mint and skewers of frozen melon balls.
