Whiskey Glazed Grilled Peaches Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. whiskey
- 3 peaches, halved and pitted
- Whiskey Barrel & Hickory Smoked Salt, to sprinkle
- Vanilla ice cream, to serve

DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a small pot, combine butter, Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar, and whiskey over medium heat and stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Brush cut-side of peaches with whiskey glaze and grill, cut-side-down, for 5 min., or until caramelized. Sprinkle each peach half with Whiskey Barrel & Hickory Smoked Salt and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve immediately.
