BBQ Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Pearl St. Plank Salmon Rub
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and Pearl Street Plank Rub. In an oven-safe dish or skillet, toss cauliflower and almonds in seasoning mixture until well-coated. Bake for 30 min., or until cauliflower is tender, stirring once halfway through.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve warm right out of the oven. It’s also great at room temperature or cold, so it makes a great picnic side.
