Old-Fashioned Root Beer Barbecue Sauce
When we say small batch BBQ sauce, we mean it! Taking inspiration from his Chasing BBQ road trip, Savory founder Mike Johnston brought back his favorite regional barbecue flavors to the Savory Spice Test Kitchen. After lots of testing and tasting, we turned the flavors of Mike’s journey into eight delicious BBQ sauces to share with our customers.

Contains soy.
This thick, sweet sauce was inspired by cola based barbecue sauces…and our desire to mix things up a bit! The classic flavors of our Team Sweet Mama’s Kansas City Style Rub and our sweet Root Beer Extract are a perfect match for this all-purpose sauce. Great for adding a classic backyard BBQ flavor to chicken, ribs, pulled pork, and brisket burnt ends. Try as a burger topping or dip for wings.
