Since 1856, when the Roman engineer, Peccius, was in charge, this Mediterranean sea salt has been produced in the Aigues-Mortes saltworks, in Camarue, France. After evaporating to a bright white color by the sun and cool sea breezes, this salt is then cleaned in Mediterranean sea water to give us this high quality product.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Magnesium Oxide.
We carry 2 sizes "gros" (coarse for use in a salt grinder) and "fin" (fine for shaking out of a shaker). Try these salts in place of standard table salt and improve on every meal.
