We handcraft this delicious blend by mixing non-GMO white sugar with two types of cinnamon: our Ceylon “True” cinnamon, that we grind in-house, and Indonesian cassia cinnamon. The citrus notes of Ceylon cinnamon add a depth of flavor while the Indonesian gives the blend that familiar cinnamon flavor that we grew up loving.
