This sugar-based spice mix creates a glazed finish with the classic flavor of maple combined with pepper, herbs, and garlic. This sweet and succulent combination elevates favorites like roast turkey, ham, and spring vegetables.
Maple sugar, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic, yellow curry powder (coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, anise, cumin, cinnamon, mustard powder, black pepper, cardamom), orange peel, rosemary, nutmeg, thyme, sage, oregano, savory, turmeric, green onion

Top salmon, season nuts before roasting, or sprinkle onto cornbread. Mix with softened butter and spread onto warm bread or baked sweet potatoes. For turkey, chicken, and ham, use about 1 Tbsp. of dry glaze per pound.
Brush turkey with melted butter or oil. Generously season it underneath the skin, inside the cavity, and on the outside with Golden Maple Dry Glaze. Stuff the cavity of the turkey with sliced apples, onions, and fresh herbs. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 min., then reduce heat to 350 degrees until a thermometer in the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees (about 10 min. per pound). Baste turkey with drippings once every hour of roasting. Let turkey rest for 30 min. before carving.
