Since the day we opened the shop customers have been asking for a Mexican cocoa powder. After some research and many nights of trial runs, we are proud to introduce a version of Mexican cocoa. We carefully handcraft our Mexican cocoa from Dutch cocoa, Indonesian cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla powder.

Use 1 heaping tbsp. per cup of heated milk for a sweet, cinnamon flavored cocoa drink. Sweeten as needed. Also great for baked goods or sprinkling on buttered toast, fruit and waffles.
