Parmesan Pesto Sprinkle
Great pesto can be quite a chore to produce and though we don’t recommend using this blend as a replacement for pesto, it’s handy for when you want to add pesto flavor to a dish. We carefully handcraft this blend from Romano and Parmesan cheese powders, salt, California basil, Imported basil and granulated garlic.

Perfect tossed over pasta or add to cream sauces. Try it as a salad sprinkle; make a pesto pizza or use on your favorite summer salad. Also would be great in mashed potatoes or to add spark to chicken or eggplant Parmesan dishes. For warm pesto bread, lightly brush a baguette with olive oil, sprinkle with Pesto Cheese and heat in the oven at 300 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. To make a tasty dip or dressing mix in 2-3 tbsp. of spice per cup of yogurt or sour cream.
