Smoked & Infused Details
All of the spices in this set are smoked over wood for a 100% naturally irresistible flavor. Our Whiskey Barrel products are both smoked in-house at our warehouse in Denver, Colorado over locally sourced whiskey barrel staves. The paprika is made from sweet red peppers that are dried over an oak burning fire for weeks, and the sea salt is smoked over Northwest alder wood. From savory dishes to sweets, these seasonings add classic campfire-like smoky flavor to any food.

Smoked & Infused Recipe
6 cups chopped kale
6 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 peaches or red apples, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Combine kale, vinegar, maple syrup, paprika, and salt. “Massage” the kale with your hands for 30 seconds to help season the kale and neutralize any bitterness. Toss in sliced fruit and onion. Let salad sit for 30 min. to allow flavors to meld before serving.
SERVING SUGGUSTIONS: This salad goes well with barbecue like pulled pork sandwiches.
