1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
1/4 cup lemon or orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 to 2 Tbsp. your choice of seasoning:
Chimichurri Dry Marinade
Kansas City Strip Steak Seasoning
Pikes Peak Butcher’s Rub
Great Plains Bison & Beef Rub
Cuban Island Spice
Roman Pepper Steak Seasoning


Whisk all ingredients together. Use to marinate up to 2 lbs. of steak for 30 min. to 1 hour. Remove steak from marinade, pat dry, and sprinkle with additional seasoning if desired. Grill or sear meat in a stovetop pan to desired doneness.


While this marinade is perfect for steak, it also works for pork chops or vegetables like mushrooms, squash, or zucchini.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with your favorite BBQ sides and sauces.
