County Clare Seasoning Salt: Dry grey salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, minced garlic, parsley

Mild Yellow Curry Powder: Black pepper, sea salt, white pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, minced green onion, parsley

Fines Herbs: Parsley, French tarragon, chervil, chives

Cuban Island Spice: Garlic, salt, black pepper, bell peppers, onion, cumin, annatto, tomato, oregano, cilantro, parsley, makrut lime, basil, thyme, marjoram and rosemary

Mt. Hood Toasted Onion Rub: Toasted minced onion, alderwood smoked sea salt, granulated onion, brown mustard, black pepper, fennel, tarragon, chervil

Herbs Duxelles: Blend of Porcini, Shitake, and Bolete mushrooms, shallots, lemon peel, chervil, parsley, tarragon and chives

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 zucchini, halved and sliced
1 yellow squash, halved and sliced
1/4 onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 tsp. choice of seasoning:
County Clare Seasoning Salt
Mt. Hood Toasted Onion Rub
Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning
Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning
Cuban Island Spice

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add vegetables and garlic. Cook for 6 to 8 min., tossing occasionally, until vegetables are tender but still have a slight bite to them. Sprinkle on choice of seasoning, stir to incorporate, and serve.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve as a side with roasted or grilled meats. Alternatively, serve as a main dish over rice or noodles.
