These handy little bags are used to infuse flavor into soups, stews, sauces, stocks and drinks such as mulled wine.
Use these bags whenever you want to impart flavor but don’t want the herbs or spices present in the dish afterwards. Simply pull them out and discard when finished. Our muslin bags are made of unbleached, food-grade material.

Fill bag with your choice of herbs and seasonings and add to soups, stews, sauces, stocks, and drinks such as mulled wine to impart flavor. Simply remove the bag and discard before serving.
Fill bag with 1 T Mulling Spices and simmer in water for 20-30 mins. to reconstitute the spices. Discard the water, add 1 bottle red wine (retaining the spices) and warm (do not boil) for 15 mins.
