Our February recipe is a healthy yet date-night worthy cauliflower and chickpea (garbanzo bean) skillet dish seasoned with the mild curry flavors of Tandoori Seasoning. To keep this dish vegetarian (and vegan!) we added easy-to-make crispy tofu tossed with Crushed Aleppo Chiles for a dash of mild heat. If you want to change up the protein, the same crisping method will work for shrimp or chicken. Serve with naan and/or rice for the perfect weeknight meal.
