We’re kicking off 2017 with our new favorite veggie burger! Taster feedback on this recipe ranges from, “It’s so good I didn’t realize it was a veggie burger,” to “This is the best eggplant I’ve ever had.” The burgers are seasoned with an herby garlic pepper and topped with a creamy dill sauce. We’ve also included a bonus spice & recipe for the best part of the burger (the “crunch”)—homemade salt & vinegar chips!
