This blend contains crushed brown mustard seed, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, Mediterranean thyme, savory, parsley, lavender and sage.

This mustard based blend is excellent on all types of poultry and can add a European flavor to roasted turkey. Use 1 to 2 tsp. per pound of meat, but a little extra won’t hurt.
