Herbed Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs. russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
Mayan Sea Salt 2 Tbsp. Mayan Sea Salt, plus more to taste
2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup unsalted butter 2 Tbsp. Seasoning of choice:
