How to Use
Use salt-free Cajun Blackening to make blackened chicken or blackened catfish. Try as a salt-free all-purpose seasoning for burgers, steaks and fries. To make a simple, spicy & salt-free remoulade sauce, mix 1-2 T salt-free Cajun spices with 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 2 t dijon.
