Even if you can't have salt, you should still have exciting flavor, which is why we make this salt-free version of our Cajun Blackening Seasoning. We thoughtfully handcraft this blend from California paprika, garlic, onion, white pepper, black pepper, Mediterranean thyme, mild yellow mustard, cayenne, green bell, Greek oregano, cumin and celery seed.

This seasoning is so tasty that whether you do a lot of Cajun style cooking or not, you'll find many ways to enjoy it. You can use Savory's Cajun as a blackening or all-purpose seasoning. Adds a spicy zip to fries, burgers, chicken, steaks and of course catfish. Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat. In addition, use as a sprinkle to liven up vegetables, salads or eggs.
