We did a little adjusting to our Italian Herbs and came up with this blend that we consider more of an all-purpose herb blend. Cantanzaro Herbs is hand mixed from garlic, lemon peel, marjoram, European basil, Mediterranean thyme, rosemary and Greek oregano.
