Cantanzaro Herbs Seasoning Salt

We like our Cantanzaro Herbs blend so much that we decided to make a seasoning salt version. We hand mix this blend from sea salt, garlic, lemon peel, marjoram, European basil, Mediterranean thyme, rosemary and Greek oregano, pink peppercorns and extra coarse black pepper.

This blend contains sea salt, garlic, lemon peel, marjoram, European basil, Mediterranean thyme, rosemary and Greek oregano, pink peppercorns and extra coarse black pepper.

Use this seasoning salt on fries, eggs, hamburgers and chicken. For a delicious steak topping, gently melt a stick of butter in a saucepan and mix in 1 tbsp. of Cantanzaro. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. As it hardens, reshape the butter by rolling in wax paper and refrigerate until hard. Serve on top of steak or butter up your potatoes.
