This blend contains hickory smoke salt, Hungarian and California paprika, roasted garlic, toasted onion, black pepper, chardex and oregano.
When grilling steak, rub the meat with a little Red Rocks before cooking. During the cooking process, a slight charring will develop on the outer layer of the steak, sealing in moisture and flavor. Use Red Rocks to create this great taste even when you can’t barbeque. You can gain the same results by brushing the steak with olive oil, dusting it with Red Rocks and pan-frying on high heat in a cast iron skillet. Also great to add color and flavor to chicken or pork.
