Orange Extract, Pure, Organic

Only the finest pure Valencia orange oil from California is used to make this extract. This results in an extract, which tastes sweet and juicy in your baked goods and beverages. When used in desserts, the flavor is similar to Orange Contreau or Grand Marnier with less alcohol.

Try baking cookies, scones, breads, cakes and pies with pure orange extract to create an uplifting desert. Other uses include infusing warm tea, ice tea, smoothies, shakes and many other refreshments with it. Like many of our other extract this can be used in many savory dishes. Replace orange zest with our extract (1/4 teaspoon extract replaces 2 teaspoons zest). For a non-alcoholic substitute, try our orange flower water.
