Tomato Powder
This product is quite simply 100% pure and natural dehydrated tomatoes. Keep this in in your kitchen in the same manner as salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. It can be made into a sweet tasting paste or sauce in a matter of minutes. No more opening cans of paste only to use a portion and letting the rest go to waste.

Tomato powder also lasts indefinitely when you store it in the refrigerator (it won’t spoil on the shelf either, but it does tend to clump in humidity). If you make your own pasta, this adds color as well as flavor. Use it as a thickener in gumbo, sauces and stews. In addition, you can try as a sprinkle on breads, salads or pizza.
Tomato Sauce:
For sauce, mix 4 parts water with 1 part tomato powder, for paste 2-3 parts water with 1 part tomato powder and for a refreshing juice start with 6 parts water to 1 part powder and thin to desired consistency.
