When we say small batch BBQ sauce, we mean it! Taking inspiration from his Chasing BBQ road trip, Savory founder Mike Johnston brought back his favorite regional barbecue flavors to the Savory Spice Test Kitchen. After lots of testing and tasting, we turned the flavors of Mike’s journey into eight delicious BBQ sauces to share with our customers.

Ingredients:
 Ketchup (Tomato Paste, Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, (Coffee, Black Pepper, Cumin, Alderwood Smoked Salt, Brown Sugar, Cocoa, Mustard, Coriander and Chipotle), Less than 2% of Molasses, Maltodextrin.
Shake well before serving. Refrigerate after opening.

This sauce was inspired by the rise of rich, bold coffee-based barbecue sauces. It’s a thick, ketchup based sauce flavored with a hint of hickory smokiness and our signature Black Dust Coffee & Spice Rub. The strong and distinctively earthy flavors of coffee, pepper, cumin, and cocoa stand up well to all types of barbecue. Great for adding smoky sweetness to pork or beef ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Try a little in your next pot of chili.
