The history of the origin of Buffalo sauce is frequently disputed, but its tangy flavor and the fact that it is entrenched in Americana is undeniable. This seasoning brings together all the flavors of classic Buffalo sauce but without the liquid, opening up a whole new world of flavoring possibilities.

Vinegar powder, salt, sugar, maltodextrin, dextrose, garlic, paprika, black pepper, Worcestershire powder, cayenne, celery, yeast extract, dried hot sauce, citric acid, pineapple juice powder, and malic acid.

Try on eggs, fries, garlic bread, salads, and more. Great for putting a little zing into homemade snacks like popcorn, pretzels, trail mix and (of course) wings. For a homemade dip simply mix 2 to 3 Tbsp. of spice mixture into 8 oz. of sour cream or yogurt. To convert into a tangy sauce mix equal parts spice, oil, and water.
