To create this blend, we used simple ingredients that naturally go together and added a few special touches to create a flavor to please any pallet. Whether using it on fish, chicken, pork, vegetables, soup, sauces or gravies the results are spectacular. We take shallots, honey powder, tarragon, lemon peel, garlic, salt, black pepper and citric acid and skillfully blend them together to bring you Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning.

Add to flour when coating chicken or fish when deep or pan frying. If broiling, simply paint the chicken or fish with olive oil and sprinkle on before placing into the oven. Try making a compound butter and slicing a pat off for your favorite steak or fillet. Remember compound butters are a great way to add flavor and last up to six months in the freezer.
