Minced Lemon Peel
Add our Minced Lemon Peel to your seafood and chicken before grilling or cooking. This lemon zest seasoning is also great with most marinades and dressings. Try adding a bit of lemon peel spices to your favorite rice dish, or in baking applications. When substituting minced lemon rind for fresh lemon zest, use 1/3 of the amount. Reconstitute lemon peel if necessary by soaking in water for 15-20 minutes to produce a fresh lemon flavor.
