What are the uses for pure lemon extract?
Lemon extract is great to use for baking and cooking in many different types of recipes where you'd typically add lemon zest, juice or lemon flavoring. Lemon extract also is great for drinks like teas and cocktails.
Does lemon extract go bad?
As long as lemon extract is stored in the refrigerator with a secure cap in a cool place, it will keep it's fresh lemon flavor.
What's the difference between pure lemon extract and lemon juice?
Lemon extract is concentrated and made with alcohol and lemon oil, whereas lemon juice is the fresh juiced squeezed from an actual lemon.
